In the case of an airline losing a passenger's luggage and it being deemed officially lost, a reimbursement for the baggage fees can be sought from the airline. However, please keep in mind that Flyaheads.com only offers support with the claims procedure and not with obtaining a direct refund.

Tickets that are able to be refunded

Tickets that are fully refundable can be reimbursed in their entirety if unused. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking, and no changes have been made, a full refund is available. Additionally, if the flight was booked at least seven days before departure, a full refund can still be obtained for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking.

This encompasses all forms of damages, such as direct or indirect, special or consequential, loss of data, income or profit, and harm to a person or their property. In the event of any infringement, our obligation is limited to either re-providing the service or reimbursing the service fee.
